On September 3, 1986 in San Diego, California, professional skateboarder/snowboarder, Shaun White was born. When he was little he had a heart defect, and had to have two surgeries before the age of five.
Shaun entered just about every snowboard competition he saw, and won just about everyone he entered. He was at such a young age too.
When he was 13, he won a snowboard competition and burton, a snowboard company, was there. They saw great talent in White, and decided to sponsor him. They were his first sponsor, and to this day, they are his biggest sponsor.
Now, Shaun White is in the Olympics in the winter, and he enters the X-games in the summer. In both of these events, he has won many medals.
To this day, Shaun White is still alive at 22 years old. He will probably get even better at snowboarding and skateboarding throughout following years, and will win even more medals than he already has.

After reading your blog I realized how totally awesome and super cool Shaun White is. I never knew that he was sponsored by so many companies or that he had two surgeries before the age of six. I also really liked your questions about him. Good job!
Yeah, Bowen, but he forgot to make the summary about the blog as well. But, anyway, I learned a lot about him that I couldn't have known at any other sources. P.S. The games were so addicting!
